Unfortunately, due to technical and legal requirements, Guvera is currently available in Australia and the USA. But, keep checking back! We will be available in a region near you really soon!
I am under 13, why can’t I register?
Unfortunately, under US law it is illegal to advertise to anyone under the age of 13. We have adopted this as a standard for all countries, but don’t worry, on your 13th birthday you can expect a present in your inbox from Guvera!
I am trying to stream music and can’t hear anything.
Firstly, to state the obvious, it is probably a good idea to make sure your sound is on. Test playing an audio file that is on your computer, if that is working fine, make sure you turn the volume up at the bottom right-hand side of the Guvera homepage.
Why can I only download / stream certain songs?
Guvera offers some exclusive content. There are licensing agreements in place for certain content, allowing you to only stream or download.
Where do the tracks go once I have downloaded them?
If you are on a Mac, the download will be saved to your Downloads folder (if iTunes is your default media player the track will commence playing straight away.) If you are using a PC – If you select “Open” your track will be saved in your temporary internet files. This is not recommended. If you click “Save” you can choose the location on your PC.
What browsers does Guvera work on?
Guvera is accessible on all modern standards compliant browsers including Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome and Opera. If you are using an old browser (eg. IE6, IE7, etc..) we recommend you upgrade to a more modern, standards compliant browser.
